Michelle joined Compass Insurance Partners August of 2011. She obtained her life/health and property/casualty license and is currently working toward her CISR designation. Michelle has had previous insurance experience with a local carrier, though, her background is largely in retail management, marketing and sales at the store and district levels.Michelle believes that her client services background will afford her to give each client the service and attention that is needed and deserved. In addition, Michelle wants each client to understand what coverage they need and why they need it.

Michelle grew up on a dairy farm in southern Illinois. She earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental science. She has lived in Bloomington 10 years. Leisure time includes time spent with friends and family.
