Michelle joined Compass Insurance Partners in March 2010. She brings 12 years of experience in the Insurance industry, with 10 of those years being spent in a Training and Development role. Michelle earned her designation as a Certified Insurance Service Representative in December 2011.

Michelle grew up in El Paso, Illinois, graduating from El Paso High School and then attending Illinois State University. Fulfilling a life-long passion of painting and decorating, Michelle became a Certified Interior Decorator in 2009. She uses her eye for design and color to assist family and friends in their decorating needs in her spare time.

Michelle enjoys spending time with her two children, Zachary and Rachael, and her two Grandchildren, Jameson and Sasha. She is active in the March of Dimes for Babies and a Friend of the Vrooman Mansion; a historical Bed & Breakfast in Bloomington where she and husband Jim enjoy helping with the gardening. She is also a member of the Shady Hollow Trail Runners club. 

She says the most rewarding aspect of her job is knowing she has helped someone protect their family and their assets.
