Mike is a lifelong resident of Bloomington. Having graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Economics in 1987, Mike returned to Bloomington and started his insurance career with CUNA Mutual Insurance Group. Mike’s experience has been with contractors, business owners and professional risks, as an owner and agent. Mike has continued his commitment to serving his clients by obtaining his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, and through his involvement in various local groups and associations such as The Bloomington Normal Area Home Builders, Habitat for Humanity, YMCA and as a high school football coach for more than 20 years.

Mike lives in Bloomington with his wife Laurie and sons Max, Jack and Bo.
