Lori was born and raised in Atlanta, IL, a small farming community of 1640 people in central Illinois. She received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Illinois State University and proceeded to teach junior high math for fifteen years.  Lori also coached girls’ basketball and softball at Olympia Middle and High School.  In 2005, she changed careers and became an insurance agent.  However, Lori continues to use her education background every day as she works with clients.  Lori feels very strongly that her clients should understand their insurance policies and when they leave her office, she wants them to feel secure in the fact that their assets are properly covered in case of a loss.

Lori enjoys being involved in community events and is an active member of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce.  Recently she was elected as “Ambassador” for the Chamber for 2011.   In her spare time, she likes to play golf, softball and attend as many Chicago Cubs games as possible!
