Doug is a Fire Department Specialist and has been with the team since January 2007. He previously worked for a local insurance carrier for 5 years where he served in several positions gaining a broad range of experience.   Doug has earned his CISR, AIS, ARM and AINS designations, demonstrating a commitment to continued education.  Although he primarily focuses on insurance for Emergency Service Organizations such as fire departments, ambulance and rescue squads, and 911 centers, Doug is fully licensed and familiar with all lines of insurance products.

Doug earned his bachelor’s degree in History from Illinois State University in 1996. He is a member of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce and the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives. Doug enjoys fishing, grilling, camping and sports in his free time.  Doug resides in Bloomington Illinois, with his wife Dawn and daughter Lily.
