Brent Honegger grew up in the small farm community of Forrest, IL.  He graduated from Forrest-Strawn-Wing High School in 1984 and Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL with a major in Communication and a Minor in Marketing.  After graduation, Brent took a position as a marketing representative with Rainworld Supply Co. in St. Louis, MO.  After a number of years of living in the St. Louis area, Brent decided to return home.  Brent is married to Kelly (Mies) who has been a Kindergarten teacher for 16 years in the local school district.  Brent and Kelly have four children. Brent is an avid sports fan, loves to play golf and enjoys traveling with his family.

Brent’s primary focus is helping farmers secure their future by protecting their assets against unforeseen losses.  He has specialized in the Federal Crop Insurance program for the past 18 years and is always looking for new ways help the farmer reduce their exposure and maximize their income.
