Armella has been with Compass since January of 2001 and has been in the insurance business since January 1994.  She obtained her producers license in Property/Casualty, Acc/Health and Life in August 1995.

Armella married Dick Weller in October of 1971 and they live on his family farm 8 miles south of Chatsworth.  They have 2 daughters, Lori and Kim, and 2 granddaughters, Nicole and Megan and 1 grandson, Justin.

When she’s not working, Armella enjoys being outdoors, camping in the summer, spending time in Florida in the winter and most of all spending as much time possible with her family and friends.
